Ok so couple weeks ago my old P4 machine motherboard went wonky. Too old now to replace the board and get it running again.
Problem is actually the rather large HDD's and my hugeporn collection.
Normally you could just push them in a new machine etc etc
They were in a raid0 array on a Sil3112 raid controller. This is the problem.
Does anybody have experience with ubuntu?
I hear it can recognise raid arrays from other controllers and therefore can save all my precious filth.

Take it to Lady M (Maud) and between the two machines you may have a goer. You certainly would if Lady m was in the middle of them.

1BB is quite good with pc's amd mister L does a little programming when not on the PHONE

Miss No Help At All

My wife said, "Why is the laptop all sticky?"

I said, "It's not what you think, it's ice cream."

She said, "How did you manage to get ice cream all over the laptop?"

I said, "Have you ever tried eating an ice cream whilst masturbating?"
