You were on the right track, and though Zep did indeed incorporate that theme in that song, those lyrics verbatim actually came from:



Which incidentally was originally done by Robert Johnson

By the way, the sports stadium that you see midway through the video, and again at the end was actually the now demolished Three Rivers Stadium that used to be the home of my Pittsburgh Steelers & Pirates (ummmm, yeah, it was in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania). I thought that was cool the first time I saw the video.
