1. 5 play at a time per side, 12 (5 starters, 7 substitutes)is usually the size of the team, though the NBA now allows 15 on the roster 6. i did not know "eskimo roll" was canoeing but i did know that its apparently something people do in Rough Ramblers. thank you, Spaced.
