Is it not downloading at all or cannot play them once downloaded? If it's the latter they should be able to fix it with something like the Android video player app.

My reply

Hi, thank you for joining. Obviously there is a local problem as all videos stream and play if downloaded. Can you tell me exactly what you are doing and what device / software you are using. Also do you have a different device to test on?

Member reply,

I'm using an HTC M9 Android phone.

==========================

Can anyone suggest a reply please?

I have just tried on my Samsung S6 Edge and was also unable to get anything to play.
It shows the player and that's it!

Do you have any ideas?

Is this on streaming or on downloads, or both.

Downloads go to the same screen - ie it tries to stream them anyway. When in mobile mode, you don't get a choice anyway - just "download ipod mp4"

Look at the last post on this page - does it help at all?

If he's got them to download onto his phone I would think he should be able to get them to play by downloading one of the multi format video players from the Google App store.

The easiest thing to try first is a different browser, it can make a difference.
