Reboot - I have this from time to time on Chrome. Shut down and restart usually cures the problem.

I am getting the same thing now. I am getting just a placeholder in IE and missing plugin in Chrome. This may be a board problem. I will have to dig deeper!

I found the problem in Chrome.
Select the Spanner / Options / Under the Bonnet / Content Settings / Plug-ins / Disable individual plug-ins

I found 2 flash files at the top of the list, one of which had been disabled. Once enabled, it all works.

I usually use chrome (although I have used firefox too) and Larss's fix sorted mine out.
