Hey Miss H. I'm glad I stumbled onto this thread. I'm an avid runner and love to do so. However, I tore cartilage in my knee about 2 years ago and I'm steadily rehabbing it and working my way back down to my fighting weight at Junior Welterweight (140 lbs.) I'm a cardio freak and just love to run, run, run.......to you. :horse:
