I've lost two and a half stone since September. I can now get into a very slinky little dress and appreciate my nylons and heels more :console:
At the same time as i've been shrinking my crops been growing and harvested :mower: so i have some quality grass cuttings for my :wank: sessions

Delighted that you are getting on with your fitness. I know it can be hard at times but you need to push hard and keep going. If you can manage daily, that is good. The main thing is to have plenty of rest so that you can keep the volume up. Slow and steady and gradually build up. Make sure to use a little lube at first and then thrust hard towards the end. Then keep it in so not a drop spills out. Then I will tell you about my training and you can get ready to go for it again. Don't always stick to the same routine. There are 3 holes to go for so make the most of them.

We always used to say one long slow one is better than 3 x 20 second sprints

If I remember correctly and I think I do , ....it doesn't take long enough to build up and muscle. Splashed on the cheeks and not a drop on target...either one.
